Origin Stories

Coffee plants growing on a hillside

The Highland Farm

Our most popular medium blend comes from a small family farm high in the mountains. The altitude slows the growing process, packing the beans with deep, rich flavor.

We work directly with the farmers to ensure they are paid fairly for their incredible hard work. It is a true partnership built on trust.

The Harvest Process

Every single cherry is picked by hand only when perfectly ripe. This selective picking takes more time, but the difference in the cup is unmistakable.

After picking, the beans are washed and dried in the sun for weeks before making the journey to our roastery.
