2. Coffee Subscriptions and Orders

We pride ourselves on roasting premium coffee to order. When you enroll in a subscription or place a one-time order:

• You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information.
• Subscription billing occurs automatically according to your selected frequency.
• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled roasting date.
• Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags.

3. Use of Journal and Content

Our website features brewing guides, origin stories, and educational content. This material is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. All text, graphics, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of DarkRoast Co. You may not reproduce or distribute our guides without prior written permission.

4. Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to modify prices for our artisan blends and subscription tiers at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing subscription cycles until the next billing period. Coffee availability is subject to seasonal harvests and roasting schedules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DarkRoast Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, or from the consumption of our products.
