Light Roast

Bright, Floral, Complex

Roasted just enough to develop natural sugars while preserving the delicate floral and fruity notes inherent to the bean's origin.

Balanced, Caramel, Smooth

The perfect middle ground. We extend the development time slightly to bring out rich caramelization without masking the origin character.
